Do
you want to make changes to an order you just placed?
Please call us as soon as
possible
at (410) 391-4270 if it is during
business hours 8:30am-4:30pm
EST M-F and ask for the "Internet Department".
Our shipments leave our warehouse M-F at 3pm EST,
so any changes to
an existing order should be called into us by 2pm EST.
If
it is after our business hours or during the weekend when you place
your order and you need to change
anything on your order, please
email us
orders@alkodistributors.com and let us know what you would like
to have changed. Don't forget to add your "Order Number" to your email so that the changes are made to
the correct order. We will
either call or email you to verify the change or if we have any
questions about the changes).

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call
410-391-4270 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
request
within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the
product. If the item
is returned unopened in the original box, we
will exchange it or
offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The
product must be
packed in the original,
unmarked packaging.
- We
will pay return shipping cost of any defective items
or wrong items sent to customer.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost of items
returned for any other reason except defects or if
wrong items
had been shipped.
- Note: Alko recommends that you
(1) use
a carrier that offers shipment
tracking for all returns and (2)
either insure your package for safe return
to Alko or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are
completely
protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
- If you
choose not to
(1) use a carrier that offers tracking and
(2)
insure or declare the full value of
the product, you will be
responsible for any loss or damage to the product
during
shipping. *Please note that the United States Postal Service
(USPS) offers
limited tracking capabilities and
there is a
30-calendar-day waiting period
before the USPS will initiate a
trace.

- You may pay by credit card no
matter which ordering method you use (internet or
phone). At the
time your
order is placed, Alko obtains a pre-approval from the
credit
card company for the amount of the order. We then
charge
your card when your order ships.

(3-4 digit number on your card)
Alko requires the credit card security code for your card for
any telephone or online
purchase. The credit card security
code is
an individual three - or four digit number
specific to your credit
card that may be printed on the face of your card
above the
embossed
account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card,
on the
signature panel (if Visa or MC).
Asking for and confirming
your credit card's security
code helps validate that you- and only
you - are in the possession of your
credit
card and protects your
from unauthorized use of your account.
Cashier's check or Money
Order

Alko accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of
payment. Personal or
business checks are not accepted.
If you wish
to pay by cashier's check or money order,
you may place your order by phone at 410-391-4270 M-F
8:30am -
4:30pm EST. The cashier's check or money order must be
payable to Alko Distributors, Inc., and must include your order number
and/or a
copy
of your order. When we receive your payment, your order will ship.

only require that you purchase the minimum required
piece per prepack.
